A sophisticated ATM scam involving surveillance, acting and sleight-of-hand is being carried out across Southern California, according to police. The scam starts with a tap on the shoulder and ends with the victim being fleeced. Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying the alleged duo behind the scam.
