More than $100 million for transportation projects in Los Angeles is at risk due to budget constraints. The Bureau of Street Services will apply for a two-year extension from the state to allow more time to begin improvements in Boyle Heights, Skid Row, and Wilmington, including sidewalk and bike lane projects.
